Fees

Payment is due at the time of service. I am not currently accepting insurance. An invoice will be provided if you have insurance benefits that you would like to bill for reimbursement.

I offer a sliding scale, with a wide range of prices acknowledging the wide range of incomes in our community.

Craniosacral Therapy, Somatic Experiencing and Somatic Experiencing Consultations, is $100 for a 1 hour appointment. Sliding Scale: $50-$150

For those coming more than once per month: 1 hour appointment sliding scale is $30-$100

Arvigo Techniques of Maya Abdominal Therapy (ATMAT), is $150 for an initial session, which lasts 1 ½ hours. The session includes an initial consultation, the abdominal massage, and may include instruction on how to do self care at home. Sliding scale: $75-$180

Follow up ATMAT sessions cost $75 (1 hour) to $100 (1 ½ hours). Follow up sessions include abdominal massage and a follow up on treatment. Sliding scale: ($50-$150)

  • Choose a rate that is affordable to you right now.

  • If you are seeing me on an ongoing basis, we will check in periodically to make sure your chosen rate is still the right fit for you.

  • If you are able, and choose to pay on the higher end of the sliding scale, know that you’re are helping to cover the cost of others who cannot afford full payment right now.

  • No one will be turned away for lack of funds.

  • I do reserve the right to end our agreement, especially if I feel that the sliding scale is being taken advantage of.

Policies

Missed Appointments

Please let me know 24 hours in advance of your appointment if you need to cancel. If two cancellations are made without 24 hour notice, I will request a credit card to be kept on file; future cancellations without 24 hour notice will be charged 50% of the service fee.

Late Policy

If you are late for an appointment, we can proceed with a shorter visit but you will be charged at the rate we originally agreed upon. You may also reschedule and it will count as one of your cancellations. If I have time after your appointment, I may agree to shift the schedule to accommodate your full session but this is not guaranteed.

Interview

I offer a one time, free of charge, 30 minute interview session. This is an opportunity to get to know me, and the space we would be working in. The session does not include services or advice, it is a general meet and greet. You may schedule this through email at karla@carmelitacommunityhealth.com
